At OneRack, we understand the importance of managing your content and ensuring your privacy. This page outlines how you can delete all your posts, individual posts, and the data retention policies associated with these actions.
You can delete all your posts and associated media (photos, videos, comments, and likes) at any time by navigating to Settings > Login & Security. Click on the button labeled 'Delete All Posts', follow the prompts to confirm your action.
Once confirmed, all your posts will be immediately removed from our live database. Please note, however, that this action is permanent and irreversible. Deleted posts cannot be recovered after deletion.
If you wish to delete specific posts, navigate to your profile or the post itself and select the 'Delete'option. You will be prompted to confirm your action. Once confirmed, the selected post, along with its associated media, comments, and likes, will be immediately removed from our live database.
While deleted posts are immediately removed from our live servers, they remain in our backups for a period of 30 days. During this retention period, the data is securely stored and cannot be accessed or restored by any users.
After the 30-day retention period, all backups containing the deleted posts will be permanently purged, ensuring complete and irreversible deletion.
