At OneRack, we prioritize your privacy and data security. This page explains how you can manage your account and the steps involved in deleting your account and data.
You can delete your account at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Settings > Login & Security. Scroll down to the section labeled 'Delete your account' and follow the prompts.
Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated data, including photos, videos, posts, and comments, will be immediately removed from our live database. Please note, however, that this action is permanent and irreversible. There is no way to recover your account or data once it has been deleted.
While your account and associated data are immediately deleted from our live servers, backups of the database are retained for a period of 30 days. During this retention period, your data will still exist in these backups but will not be accessible through the platform. After 30 days, the backups are permanently purged, ensuring complete deletion of your data.
The same retention policy applies to individual post deletions. Deleted posts, including media, comments, and likes, will remain in backups for 30 days before being permanently removed.
If you wish to delete your account but are unable to log in, please attempt to reset your password first. A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you no longer have access to your email, please contact our support team at support@onerack.eu.
To verify your identity, we may ask you a series of questions about your account. This process is designed to protect your account and ensure that only the rightful owner can request its deletion.
